Schon beim Eintreten fühlt man sich willkommen, denn der Gastgeber ist von einer warmherzigen, treuen und äußerst zuvorkommenden Art, die den gesamten Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat. Seine Gastfreundschaft verleiht dem Besuch eine persönliche Note, die man nur selten findet. Perfektes Menü zu fairem Preis Das Menü war in jeder Hinsicht ein Genuss – und das zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Als Vorspeise wählten wir die Ravioli mit vier Käsesorten: aromatisch, cremig und perfekt abgestimmt. Der Hauptgang, eine Entrecôte, wurde auf den Punkt gebraten und begleitet von zwei herrlichen Soßen – Roquefort und Pfeffer – die jede Gabel zu einem Erlebnis machten. Die dazu servierten Pommes waren schlicht perfekt: knusprig, goldbraun und so gut, dass selbst Belgier wohl kaum bessere hinbekommen. Himmlische Desserts Zum Abschluss gab es zwei klassische Desserts, die keinerlei Wünsche offen ließen: eine luftig-schokoladige Mousse au Chocolat und eine perfekt karamellisierte Crème Brûlée. Beide Nachspeisen überzeugten durch Frische und beste Qualität – ein süßer Höhepunkt des Abends. Fazit Das Saint Jacques in Blois vereint köstliche Küche, hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und einen Gastgeber, der mit seiner Freundlichkeit den Abend abrundet.
